John Miller ’96

John has co-authored The Handbook of Nanotechnology: Business, Policy, and Intellectual Property Law which quickly became required reading in his field. One of John’s biggest accomplishments is Pasadena-based technology company CaliGroup. CaliGroup’s new technology is trialed at the CaliBurger chain of restaurants. Robotics are used in the kitchen to fry burgers. PopID facial recognition software allows customers to place orders and pay. In 2020, John was included on Nation’s Restaurant News’ Power List. John’s legacy and accomplishments with the team cannot be under-stated, including his remarkable college debate career at Redlands!
